Naming and Launching a CDMO

Nanotherapeutics, a biotech company which changed its business model and morphed into a contract development &
manufacturing organization (CDMO) needed assistance with the change in direction. They needed to launch a new business
and business development team to start selling their services in the open market to add to the existing contracts with the
US government. As their agency of record, we were tasked with relaunching their entire brand and positioning, including
changing their name, which no longer fit their mission or capabilities.

Develop a unique, compelling, and memorable brand, starting with the name, that will stand out in the increasingly
crowded CDMO space and drive traffic to the new website we developed. Also, plan and execute an SEO strategy to help
generate leads while also supporting their business development team in their direct sales and social media efforts.

What we did

Entirely new corporate Identity and brand launch, including their name
• Website launch
• Print and digital ads and collateral
• Ongoing SEO and web hosting services
• Brochures
• Corporate posters
• Trade show graphics and videos
• Office walk-through and CEO interview videos
• Digital banner ads
Also developed a unique Intranet website that each department used to store forms and documents, communicate updates, new hires, send
messages, and even make company-wide announcements

We consistently exceeded their expectations. They experienced growth year over year with several new clients signing with
them before they were purchased by Resilience, now one of our clients for whom we continue doing SEO work.

Ology Bio SEO campaign results: Organic traffic is up 56% year over year, 2019 vs 2020. 38% visibility in search engines with
76 keyword increases and only 17 decreases in the past year. 80% gain in organic contact form submissions year over year,
2021 vs 2022. Their top 10 keywords have gone from ranking on the 3rd or 4th pages of google to ranking on the first page
(or number 1) on google in the past year.
